Approval for full credit card billing required at time of purchase.  Allow 5-10 business days for delivery (2-4 weeks for delivery of products out of stock).   WHEN YOUR ORDER ARRIVES ...Before you sign for the shipment, inspect all cartons for visible damage and note it on the delivery record . Even if no exterior damage is visible, open all packages immediately and inspect for damage or shortages. If damage has occurred, call UPS, FED-EX, or the LTL Freight Carrier it arrived on immediately for inspection. They will pick up and return it to us for replacement. (You must have all the items repackaged the way you received them!!, with all packing & crate materials in place.) Shortages must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt of goods.
